What materials do you use?
All artwork is created using only highest-quality materials. Paints are high-pigment and usually heavy body from the best brands available. When possible, paintings are varnished (satin finish) and drawings sprayed with a fixative to protect them for generations to come.
How will my piece be delivered?
Shipping costs and duration vary depending on the piece and destination country. Shipping includes insurance and tracking. In the online shop, the costs are shown during the purchasing process before you buy. For shipping of other pieces, please contact me for an estimation.
Your order will be shipped with DHL Parcel services. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, depending on the destination. You will be responsible for paying any such taxes or duties.
All works are shipped flat, wrapped in archival-quality glassine, as well as bubble wrap, cardboard or kraft paper, then shipped in a thick package. You will receive a confirmation email with invoice after purchase. A handwritten note is included in the package.
How do I frame my piece?
Contact me for support in choosing the perfect frame for your piece. I will be happy to discuss options with you.
If your chosen piece is on paper or includes oil pastel, I recommend framing behind glass. Canvas pieces can be hung in a floater frame or without a frame.

How do I care for my art?
Pieces on paper or including oil pastel should be framed behind glass. Try to keep artwork out of direct sunlight, very high temperatures or damp environments. Contact me for specific questions.
Returns
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on items unless item is damaged in shipping (must show proof of damage). If you are concerned about color or anything else, please contact me. Should you find your item damaged upon arrival, please remember to take a photo showing how it was delivered to you.
For some artwork I offer local collectors the opportunity to return a piece. Please contact me to discuss.
Event cancellations (workshops, classes, vouchers)
If you are unable to attend a class you have booked, you can send a friend as a replacement or I can issue you a voucher. Alternatively, I can issue a 50% refund. For private classes we can reschedule.
If a course has to be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason by Rosanna Burford, the participants will receive a full refund. Rosanna Burford shall not be responsible for travel costs, or any other expenses.
